One study looked at the effect of IQOS on adult teeth color. During it, IQOS tobacco vapor and cigarette smoke were applied to samples of human teeth and fillings. At the end of the experiment, the scientists compared how the color of the samples changed.

Based on the results of this study, scientists were able to conclude that the tobacco vapor emitted by using IQOS HEETS device stains your teeth significantly less than cigarette smoke.
Confirmed by a non-clinical laboratory study conducted in Switzerland on human teeth and most common dental fillings. Unlike real conditions, the samples were not exposed to other colorants, such as coffee, tea or wine, that could interfere with the results.

Scientists have done many other studies. For example, we studied how IQOS aerosol affects indoor air quality. For this, a special room was created, in which the real conditions of a living room, cafe or office were simulated. On different days, the volunteers in this room either used IQOS HEETS device, smoked cigarettes, or were just indoors.

As a result, they found that smoking cigarettes indoors led to a significant increase in the concentration of harmful substances, when, when using IQOS HEETS device, almost all indicators did not differ from background values. Thus, the scientists were able to prove that the tobacco vapor generated when using IQOS HEETS device does not have a negative impact on indoor air quality.
